It is fundamental to be able to speak Japanese if you wish to work in Japan.
English is not enough.
If you cannot speak Japanese language, it is difficult to find a job.
Please start learning Japanese language. 
 
We recommend you to take Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT). A lot of foreigners in Japan take this examination. So the companies in Japan can see how much you can understand Japanese language by the level of you passed.
