お名前・お住まい・保有資格・現在のお仕事などをご記入ください。
2.面談の実施
事務所での面談、またはZoomでのオンライン面談を行います。
- 希望する給与や待遇
- 希望するスクールや園のタイプ
- フルタイムかパートか（パートの場合は勤務時間帯）
- 英語力のレベル (学校・園によりかなり異なります）
- 就職希望時期
- その他のお悩みやご相談
- これらを伺いながら、できる限りのアドバイスをいたします。
一人ひとりのご希望や状況を丁寧にお聞きすることで、その方に最も合った就職先をご提案させていただいております。
３．履歴書のお預かり
・インター希望の場合は、たいてい英語履歴書が必要です。
（OBPでも英語の履歴書書き方説明やチェックをいたします）
・その後履歴書を、ご希望になるべくマッチする園の採用担当宛てに送っていきます。

５．面接
面接は、インターの場合は面接もOBPが付き添います。細かい条件など、
英語で聞き逃しがないようにします。不要な方はお一人でももちろんOKです。
日本のバイリンガル保育園等の場合は、園により、付き添ったり
そうでなかったりします。面接時に聞きたくても聞けなかった疑問等は
あとでOBPが確認しますので、ご安心ください。
６．結果
面接結果はOBPに来ますので、学校・園から結果が来次第ご連絡いたします。
７．条件通知の確認
英語の条件通知書などを一緒に確認したい場合は、一緒に読み合わせを
しますので、ご遠慮なくＯＢＰにご相談ください。

Consultation Process
1. Contact Us

Include your name, location, qualifications, and current occupation
2. Interview
We will conduct an in-person interview at our office or an online interview via Zoom.
During the meeting, we will discuss:
- Desired salary and working conditions
- Preferred type of school or institution
- Full-time or part-time (and preferred working hours for part-time)
- English proficiency level (requirements vary greatly by school)
- Desired start date
- Any concerns or questions you may have
We listen carefully to each person’s background and preferences to recommend the most suitable placement.
3. Submitting Your Resume
- For international schools, an English resume is usually required.
(OBP provides guidance and checks for English resumes.) - We will then send your resume to schools or institutions that best match your preferences.

- For international schools, OBP staff will accompany you to the interview to ensure nothing is missed in English.
(If you prefer to attend alone, that is also fine.) - For Japanese bilingual schools, accompaniment varies by institution.
- If there are questions you could not ask during the interview, OBP will follow up on your behalf.
6. Results
OBP will receive the interview results and contact you as soon as the school or institution responds.
7. Reviewing the Offer
If you would like support reviewing an English offer letter or contract, we can go through it together.
