What is Included in the OBP Support Program

1. Textbook (with English translation and hiragana)
The textbook helps you understand the main topics of the Kosodate Shien-in training. By reading it repeatedly, you can also learn Japanese vocabulary used in childcare.

2. Simulation Lessons (2 sessions total)
There are two sessions: Lesson 1 and Lesson 2.
The lessons follow the same style as the actual training, and you can ask questions afterward, which helps deepen your understanding.

This support course is not a private lesson.
The lesson dates are scheduled by OBP, and cannot be chosen individually.
Sessions are held on weekday evenings and Sundays.

3. Support During the Official Application Process
When you apply for the official Kosodate Shien-in training, OBP will assist you if you have questions.
However, the actual application must be completed by you.

子育て支援員研修の主な内容を理解できるように作られています。
繰り返し読むことで、保育に関する日本語も学ぶことができます。

2. シミュレーションレッスン（全2回）

レッスン1・レッスン2に分かれています。
実際の講義と同じ流れで進みますが、あとで質問ができるため、理解がより深まります。
このサポート講習は 個人レッスンではありません。
また、レッスン日はOBPが指定しています。
日程は 平日夜 と 日曜日 に設定されています。

3. 実際の申し込み時のサポート
子育て支援員研修の本申込みの際、わからないことがあれば可能な範囲でサポートします。ただし、申し込み手続きそのものはご本人が行います。

4. 研修中の質問サポート
研修受講についてわからないことがあった場合、できる限り説明します。

The Kosodate Shien-in training is conducted entirely in Japanese.
It is sometimes possible to use a mobile phone as a translation tool if you obtain permission in advance.

However, the lectures, quizzes, and reports must all be completed in Japanese.
For this reason, a certain level of Japanese proficiency is necessary in order to keep up with the training.

子育て支援員研修は、すべて日本語で行われます。
事前に許可をもらえば、携帯電話を翻訳のために使える場合もあります。
しかし、講義・小テスト・レポートはすべて日本語で書きます。
そのため、ある程度の日本語力がないと、研修についていくことが難しくなります。

OBP’s support lessons are designed to help you deepen your understanding of the Kosodate Shien-in training and prepare in advance.
Please note that these lessons are not directly connected to the official Kosodate Shien-in training program.

公式の子育て支援員研修とは直接の関係はありませんので、あらかじめご了承ください。

Steps to Take OBP Support Course

1. Pay 30,000 yen and complete your application
Your application becomes official once the course fee is paid.

2. Receive the textbook and read all the English sections
After receiving the textbook, please read all the English parts first.
Understanding the content in advance will make the lessons easier to follow.

3. Apply for the simulation lesson
Please sign up for the simulation lesson, which allows you to practice in a format similar to the actual Kosodate Shien-in training.

Benefits
Participants of this support course will receive assistance from OBP when applying for the official Kosodate Shien-in training.
If you would like assistance, please make sure to book an appointment in advance.
After you complete the Kosodate Shien-in training, OBP will continue to support your job search for as long as possible.

1．30,000円を支払い、申し込みをする
サポート講習の受講料をお支払いいただき、正式にお申し込みとなります。

2．テキストを受け取り、英語部分だけでもすべて読む
まずはテキストを受け取り、英語で書かれている部分だけでもしっかり読んでください。内容を事前に知ることで、理解が深まり、講習がスムーズになります。

3．シミュレーションレッスンに申し込む
実際の研修に近い形で練習する「シミュレーションレッスン」にお申し込みください。

特典
このサポート講習を受けた方には、子育て支援員研修の本申込みの際に、OBPがサポートを行います。サポートをご希望の場合は、必ず事前に予約をお取りください。
また、子育て支援員研修を修了した後は、できる限り長く就職サポートを提供します。

Please read the textbook from beginning to end in whichever language—English or Japanese—you understand better.


Please note that the simulation lessons are conducted in Japanese.


If you cannot understand Japanese at all, it will be very difficult to keep up with the official training, so we strongly encourage you to study Japanese at the same time．

By participating after gaining a solid understanding of the content, you will be able to follow the instructor’s explanations even if your Japanese is not perfect, and you will be less likely to feel discouraged or give up during the training.

• Japanese language skill N4–N3 level or equivalent.
• Must currently live in Japan.
• Tourist visa is not available.
