We are currently seeking ALT Advance candidates. 小学校、中学校、高校で、英語教科のアシスタント(ALT)でなく、英語の使った理数科目の授業のサ ポート、理科・数学の担当講師になりませんか。ALT アドバンス求められています。

Referral Terms 紹介条件
1. Hold a teaching certification for science and mathematics in Japanese elementary and junior high schools.
日本の小学校、中学校の理科、算数・数学の教員資格を有する。
2. Have teaching experience in your home country.
母国で教鞭経験がある。
3. Possess Japanese language proficiency at the N3 level or higher on the Japanese Language Proficiency Test.
日本語能力検定 N3 以上の日本語力がある
4. Have scored 70% or higher on the ALT Advanced Certification Exam administered by the Language Proficiency Testing Association.
語学検定協会主催の ALT アドバンス検定で70%以上のスコアーがある。
Referral Requirements 紹介先条件
Placement: Private elementary, middle, and high schools in your desired location
紹介先 :勤務希望地の私立小学校、中学校、高校
Compensation::Varies according to each school’s standards, but for full-time positions,the monthly salary is 300,000 yen or more.
Social insurance coverage is provided. Transportation expenses are reimbursed. Housing allowance and company housing are available depending on the school.
待 遇 : 各学校の定める基準によりますが、フル勤務の場合、月額 30 万円以上 社会保険付保。交通費支給。住宅補助・社宅 学校による。

Apply using the designated application form.However, if not yet taken the Japanese Language Proficiency Test and/or the ALT Advanced Certification Exam, please indicate your plans to take them.
所定の申込書でメールにて申込。ただし、日本語能力検定・ALT アドバンス検定未受験の場 合は、受験予定を記載。
○Registration Interview. 登録面接
We will conduct a suitability assessment interview via Zoom. The interview will generally be conducted in Japanese
(if your Japanese language skills are insufficient to handle the interview, there is a high likelihood that you will not pass the school’s hiring process).
Zoom にて、適格性の確認面談を行います。原則日本語で実施 (面談日本語に対応できない日本語力では、学校の採用面不合格の可能性大きい)
※To prepare for the Japanese Language Proficiency Test and the ALT Advanced Certification Exam, please use the textbooks and workshops provided by the International Education Support Service (IESS).
