大阪市では、地域において子育て支援の仕事に関心を持ち、支援の担い手となる「子育て支援員」を育成し、人材の確保に努めています。
子育て支援員とは、国が定める「子育て支援員研修事業実施要綱」に基づき実施する「子育て支援員研修」の全科目を修了し、各事業等に従事するために必要な知識や技術等を修得したと認められ、「子育て支援員研修修了証書」の交付を受けた方をいいます。研修修了者は、全国共通の「子育て支援員」として認定されます。
Osaka City is striving to secure human resources by training “Child Rearing Supporters” who are interested in child-rearing support work in the community and who will be responsible for providing support.
A Child Rearing Supporter is a person who has completed all the subjects of the “Training Program for Child Rearing Supporters” conducted in accordance with the “Training Program Implementation Guidelines for Child Rearing Supporters” set by the government, who is recognized as having acquired the knowledge and skills necessary to engage in various businesses, etc., and who is issued a “Certificate of Completion for Training Program for Child Rearing Supporters”. (Those who have completed the training are certified as “Child Rearing Supporters” under the national standard.

各回次の受講申込み数が定員を超えた場合は、大阪市域の地域型保育事業所等で従事中の方等を優先して、受講決定をさせていただきます（申込み先着順ではありません）。
第1希望の回次での受講ができない場合、第2希望または第3希望による回次でのご案内となりますが、申込み状況によっては第2希望または第3希望でもご案内できない場合がありますので、ご了承ください。
